
Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited (SSP) has taken another step forward in elevating its sustainable business practices. Mr.Chayut Leehacharoenkul, Chief Financial Officer of SSP, represented the company to officially receive the 2025 Independent Assurance Statement for its sustainability report from Mr. Jongrak Rojpalasatean, Executive Director of the Management System Certification Institute (Thailand) (MASCI). The presentation ceremony was recently held at the company's conference room.
This assurance statement follows MASCI's verification of SSP's 2025 sustainability report. The verification process was strictly conducted in accordance with the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI Standards 2021) framework, covering all applicable GRI requirements. Additionally, the verification complied with the ISO 14064-1:2018 specification for the quantification and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions, alongside international assurance standards and practices.
The scope of this assessment—verifying the accuracy and reliability of sustainability data and information—covered all operations from January 1 to December 31, 2025. This included the corporate headquarters and SSP’s operational assets across Thailand, which comprise the SPN Solar Power Project in Lopburi Province, the WVO Solar Power Project in Ratchaburi Province, the Romklao Wind Farm Project in Mukdahan Province, the UPT Biomass Power Project in Nakhon Ratchasima Province, and the solar rooftop business.
Receiving the 2025 Independent Assurance Statement reflects SSP's unwavering commitment to transparency in its sustainability disclosures. It underscores the company's dedication to operating responsibly under global Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria. Through these efforts, SSP continues to promote a cleaner environment for the greatest benefit of society, while reaffirming its position as a leading sustainable developer of all forms of renewable energy, both domestically and internationally.
