Message from the CEO

Strong foundations lead to sustainable confidence. Our ability to foster Creating Shared Value (CSV) stems from a solid core. Over the past year, SSP maintained rigorous financial discipline and corporate governance excellence, reflected in our "BBB+" credit rating with a "Stable" outlook from TRIS Rating for the fourth consecutive year. We also achieved a 5-star "Excellent" CGR rating and maintained an "AA" SET ESG Rating in the Resources sector for the second year, alongside the Sustainability Disclosure Recognition 2025. These achievements remain the key to building investor and partner trust.

Synergy through innovation and community defined this year’s highlights, proving that power plants and communities can thrive together. Through a "Tripartite" partnership between SSP (Private Sector), Mahasarakham University (Academic Sector), and the Rom Klao Community (Civil Society), we developed the "Rom Klao Wind Farm Learning Center" in Mukdahan to create a new "Economic Ecosystem" for the local area.

Furthermore, we believe that "People are Innovation, Culture is Energy." Under our FAIR corporate culture (Flexible, Ambitious, Innovation, Responsibility), we have cultivated a sustainability DNA within our workforce. Collaborating with the National Innovation Agency (NIA), the "Sermsang Power Innovation 2025" project provided a platform for creative solutions that enhance business competitiveness while simultaneously reducing environmental impact.

Driving towards a tangible Net Zero, we remain committed to our climate goals by serving as a pilot entity in the Climate Action Leading Organization (CALO) network, supported by the TGO and the Thailand Carbon Neutral Network. This operates alongside the "SSP GREEN HAVEN" project focused on ecosystem restoration. In this new decade, SSP will continue to elevate our organization and deliver shared value wherever we operate, ensuring every step of our growth brings a sustainable quality of life to society, the economy, and the environment.
