Throughout the preceding year, we demonstrated our capacity to adapt to and navigate changes in our operations, innovation, and technology. These factors are paramount in bolstering our competitive edge. I am particularly pleased with the successful initiation of internal organizational culture development activities, which have been met with strong engagement from our employees. The awarded innovations will be implemented for practical benefit, and we remain committed to fostering a culture of continuous innovation.

Regarding sustainability, we take pride in our inclusion in the Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) list by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), where we received an "AA" rating within the Resources industry group. Furthermore, we were honored with the Sustainability Disclosure Recognition award from the Thaipat Institute and a "Excellent" 5-star Corporate Governance Report (CGR) rating. These recognitions underscore our unwavering commitment to sustainable business practices across all dimensions of ESG – encompassing environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and sound corporate governance – while considering all our stakeholders. Moreover, TRIS Rating has affirmed our corporate credit rating at "BBB+" with a "stable" outlook for the third consecutive year, highlighting the Group's robust financial discipline.

Furthermore, the Group secured sustainability-linked loan facilities from the Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM BANK) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to support our renewable energy investments, both domestically and internationally. This achievement reinforces the Group's vision of forging a sustainable future and aligns with the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals towards achieving Net Zero emissions by 2050.

Over the past decade, Sermsang Power has steadfastly prioritized social and environmental responsibility to foster a truly sustainable coexistence on our planet. This significant growth is a testament to the dedication and continuous development of Sermsang Power's personnel, to whom I and the Board of Directors extend our sincere appreciation. Every individual is an integral force in driving our progress towards sustainability, consistent with our FAIR (Flexible, Ambitious, Innovation, Responsibility) organizational culture that we have collectively cultivated.
