Innovation Culture: SSP Innovation 2025

The Group continues to foster a learning ecosystem through the "To Infinity and Beyond" program in collaboration with the National Innovation Agency (NIA). More than 160 employees participated in workshops, pitching sessions, and the Final Pitching Program. 6 innovation projects advanced to the Final Pitching round for further development and implementation within the Company under the theme "Power Beyond Limits for a Better Future."

OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
Project: “Ling Lang” Project (Automatic PV Cleaning Robot Ver.1)

Developed an automatic PV cleaning robot to improve power generation efficiency, reduce Operation & Maintenance (O&M) costs, minimize the risk of human error, and enhance Operational Excellence and Safety standards in power plant operations.

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION
Digital Transformation: SSP Budget Transformation & E-Memo

Developed a digital workflow for document and budget approval through the E-Memo and Real-time Workflow systems under the SSP Budget Transformation & E-Memo project, which received the First Runner-up Award in the Company's 2024 Internal Innovation Program. The project enhances speed, transparency, and organizational agility while supporting the development of the Group's digital infrastructure.

CLIMATE TECH COLLABORATION
Green Innovation Network: ClimateX Acceleration Program

The Company participated in the ClimateX Acceleration Program 2025 in collaboration with the National Innovation Agency (NIA) to support Climate Tech and green economy development, strengthen innovation partnerships, and foster sustainable technology development for the future.

Monitor the impact of innovation on business growth, with the target that at least 50% of the Group's new projects will adopt advanced energy technologies by 2035. The Group also aims to reduce energy production costs by 15% through process improvements and new technologies, while aligning innovation initiatives with its ESG and Net Zero commitments by leveraging technology to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve energy efficiency, and support the Company's long-term sustainability objectives.
