The company's innovation journey began with a strategic partnership with the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization), or NIA. This collaboration was formalized with a hybrid pre-kick-off event on July 15, which aimed to establish clear project guidelines and reflect the organization's commitment to embedding innovation into its core DNA.

Igniting Inspiration with World-Class Innovation Coaches

To spark creativity and prepare employees for the journey ahead, the company held its official project kick-off on August 20. The event featured leading innovation experts who shared their invaluable insights:

• Coach Tee (Theerasak Wongpiya), former Senior Director at TMB Bank and a globally recognized financial innovator, shared his experiences creating groundbreaking concepts like the world's first savings account and driving digital transformation in the banking sector.
• Coach Kong (Sutthisek Wongpiya), a certified innovation design expert and NIA-accredited innovation assessor, delved into the creative thinking and design processes.

Together, both coaches provided inspiration and practical guidance to help employees transform mere "ideas" into tangible "innovations" that will propel the organization forward.

Furthermore, the kick-off event included a foundational training session, "Fundamentals of Innovation for Business Growth 2025." The session saw impressive participation, with over 90 employees out of 105—representing over 85% of the workforce—joining online. Attendees spanned all levels, from front-line operational staff to senior management, all of whom learned foundational concepts, how to identify new business opportunities, and how to apply innovative solutions to create value.
