Sermsang Power (SSP) Organizes Annual Corporate Innovation Workshop 2025, Emphasizing “Power Beyond Limits for a Better Future”

On Friday, August 29, 2025, Sermsang Power Corporation Public Company Limited (SSP) organized its Annual Corporate Innovation Workshop 2025 as part of the project"To Infinity and Beyond | Sermsang Power Innovation 2025." This initiative is a crucial tool for cultivating an innovation-driven corporate culture, enhancing competitive capabilities, and preparing to address the evolving dynamics of the global energy industry.

Driving with Collaboration and the FAIR Culture

The project is the outcome of a strategic collaboration with the National Innovation Agency (Public Organization) or NIA. Its primary objective is to instill the FAIR corporate culture, a cornerstone for success. The powerful theme, “Power Beyond Limits for a Better Future,” was underscored by Mr. Passakorn Panyaratanakorn, Chief Operating Officer, who opened the event and shared a vision focused on innovation with over 70 employees from all departments.

The training program was divided into two sessions. The morning session provided in-depth knowledge on "crafting effective innovation proposals." In the afternoon, an expert from Bold Group Thailand delivered a lecture on "systematic inventive thinking," encouraging employees to unleash their creative potential and develop ideas that will enhance operational efficiency and excellence.

The Path to the Final Pitch

While the workshop has concluded, the innovation competition is ongoing. Six finalist teams are now preparing for the final round, which is scheduled for October 30, 2025.

This initiative reflects SSP's strong commitment to developing its personnel as an integral part of its innovation-driven corporate culture. By doing so, the company aims to be fully prepared to face future challenges and ensure sustainable growth.
