SSP Energy Connect Project

The Company aims to develop renewable energy projects in the Northeastern region, which is projected to expand continuously in the future. To prepare the workforce and support local employment, the Company initiated the "SSP Energy Connect" project. This initiative establishes a collaborative network with educational institutions to transfer specialized knowledge and technical skills in clean energy to youth, who will serve as key drivers in the renewable energy industry.

Core Objectives and Goals

• Knowledge Transfer: Strengthening understanding of management systems and operational processes across various types of renewable energy plants.
• Instilling Sustainability Awareness: Raising awareness about clean energy and the principles of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG).
• Applied Learning: Supporting out-of-classroom experiences through hands-on workshops and knowledge exchange with industry experts.
• Career Path Development: Inspiring and providing career guidance for roles within the green energy industry.

Operational Data

• Operational Area: Northeastern Region, Thailand.
• Implementation Period: July 7 – July 17, 2025.
• Target Group: 5 educational institutions in the Northeast (Khon Kaen University, Mahasarakham University, Sakon Nakhon Technical College, Nong Khai Technical College, and Udon Thani Technical College), totaling 450 participants.
• Operating Budget: 138,837.08 THB.

Project Performance

The project achieved its predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), establishing concrete cooperation with leading regional educational institutions. Students gained both theoretical knowledge and practical application through direct experience from the Company’s expert teams. Details are as follows:

1. Impact on Youth: Participants gained a deeper awareness of the role renewable energy plays in national development and environmental preservation. They also identified opportunities for stable career paths within the clean energy sector.
2. Impact on Society: The project serves as a foundation for local human capital development, narrowing the gap between academia and the industrial sector. This reflects the Company’s commitment to growing sustainably alongside the community and society.
