The Company has continuously fostered collaborations with educational institutions, particularly by providing students with hands-on experience within its facilities. This initiative aims to bridge the gap between classroom theory and field-based practice.
Objectives and Goals
Professional Skill Enhancement: Supporting Bachelor of Engineering students (Electrical Engineering) in learning biomass power plant systems, production processes, and grid management from a real-world facility.
Environmental Awareness: Instilling an understanding of the role of Renewable Energy in sustainable national development.
Labor Market Preparedness: Inspiring and providing career guidance within the energy industry to contribute high-quality personnel to society.

Operational Area: Uni Power Tech Biomass Power Plant, Sikhio District, Nakhon Ratchasima Province.
Implementation Date: August 9, 2025.
Target Group: 90 students from the Faculty of Engineering, Mahasarakham University.
Operating Budget: 17,605.50 THB.
Project Performance
Through the Open House: Clean Energy Learning Center project, the Company successfully transferred specialized knowledge and achieved key performance indicators (KPIs) within its sustainability development framework as follows:
1. Human Capital Development
Practical Learning Integration: 90 students gained a comprehensive understanding of biomass electricity generation processes, electrical control systems, and technical power plant management. This transitioned classroom theory into field-based situational analysis, enhancing systematic analytical thinking skills.
Professional Inspiration: Through discussions and feedback sessions, students gained clearer insights into the electrical engineering career path and were inspired to pursue roles in the renewable energy industry, preparing them for the future labor market.
2. Environmental Awareness
Sustainability Consciousness: The project encouraged students to recognize the importance of clean energy as a vital mechanism for driving a Low Carbon Economy and fostering eco-friendly, sustainable national development.
3. Strategic Partnership
Educational Networking: This activity strengthened the relationship and collaboration between the Company and Mahasarakham University through a long-term Strategic Partnership. This serves as a foundation for ongoing Workforce Development in clean energy engineering for the benefit of society.
