• The "Unlocking Innovation Power for New Era Energy Leaders" course focuses on enabling employees to understand the meaning and importance of innovation in the energy industry, enhancing skills in using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) for business planning, and practicing the creation of Pitch Decks for professional innovation presentation.
• The internal innovation contest project provides an opportunity for employees to apply their acquired knowledge and skills to develop and create innovative works, along with receiving consultation from experts at the National Innovation Agency to refine projects for completeness and practical application.
• Innovation Day 2024 served as a significant platform for employees to present their innovative works under the theme "To Infinity and Beyond," with winning entries receiving support from the Group for further development and practical implementation to maximize benefits.
