Sport Day & Team Synergy

Based on the 2024 Employee Satisfaction Survey, employees recommended that the Company further support and prioritize well-being and the creation of a positive work environment. In response, management and employee representatives launched the "Sport Day & Team Synergy" project in 2025. This initiative serves as a mechanism to promote physical and mental health while providing a platform to strengthen inter-departmental relationships.

Objectives and Goals

  • Physical & Mental Well-being: To promote holistic health by encouraging employees, contractors, and subcontractors to engage in physical exercise. Recreational activities are used as a tool for mental relief from cumulative work-related fatigue.
  • Inclusive Engagement: To build engagement and a fair working atmosphere by providing opportunities for personnel at all levels and groups (Diversity & Inclusion) to interact. This helps bridge gaps and fosters mutual understanding across the value chain.
  • Work-Life Vitality: To boost workplace energy and a positive mindset through appropriate recreational activities, ensuring a healthy balance between professional responsibilities and personal health.

Implementation Details

  • Target Group: Full-time power plant employees, contractors, and subcontractors at the Winchai Wind Farm and SPN and WVO Solar Power Plant.
  • Dates: December 11, 2025, and December 25, 2025.
  • Budget: 18,560 THB.

Project Performance

The "Sport Day & Team Synergy" project is more than just a recreational event; it is an investment in human capital, the heart of corporate sustainability:

  • Well-being: Sports activities stimulate physical alertness and reduce the risks of "office syndrome" or operational stress. The visible increase in morale and employee smiles serves as a primary indicator of organizational happiness.
  • Synergy: Bringing together employees and contractors helps break down silos, foster friendships and smoother coordination. This directly enhances overall operational efficiency and workplace safety.
  • Corporate Culture: The project reflects a policy of comprehensive and non-discriminatory care. It builds trust among partners and subcontractors, demonstrating that the organization values the quality of life for everyone within its operational sites.

This project is a vital gear in driving the organization toward becoming a "Happy Workplace," ready to grow sustainably alongside our business partners.
