Serm Sang Help Plus Project

On the occasion of World Environment Day, celebrated annually on June 5th, our Company is deeply committed to transforming environmental awareness into tangible action. We firmly believe that every great movement begins with small steps taken together by each and every one of us.

Consequently, the Company has initiated the "Serm Sang Help Plus" project, a Green Commute campaign designed to create value and inspire employees to rethink their daily travel habits. The initiative encourages a shift from personal vehicles to 100% clean-energy public transportation by sponsoring HOP Cards, which are used for eco-friendly electric buses (EV buses).

Currently, the Company is running a pilot phase by distributing these travel cards to six employees who already regularly commute via public transport. Moving forward, we plan to conduct feasibility studies to expand this support to other forms of public transit to meet the needs of a wider employee base.

  • Help Plus... for the People (Employee Well-being) We believe that our employees are the heart of sustainability. Sponsoring HOP Cards through the Serm Sang Help Plus project not only equitably eases the burden of daily living expenses for our staff but also alleviates the stress of driving through traffic congestion. This ultimately promotes health, safety, and a better overall quality of life for our workforce.
  • Help Plus... for Governance (Readiness & Continuous Development) We prioritize building strong foundations and maintaining transparent management. Feedback and commuting data from our pilot group will be carefully analyzed and used as a vital baseline to evaluate success and plan management strategies. This ensures we are fully prepared for future expansion into other public transportation networks.

Our Phase 1 Milestones

At the launch of the Serm Sang Help Plus project, our primary focus is on fostering "employee engagement and behavioral change." We measure our success across three core pillars:

  • Pilot Group Satisfaction: We evaluate and actively listen to feedback from our six pilot employees to continuously refine and improve this benefit, ensuring it optimally meets the real-world needs of users.
  • Employee Commuting Shift: We aim to create an internal ripple effect, campaigning to raise awareness and inspire employees to alter their travel habits and reduce the use of personal cars.
  • Expansion Readiness: We will proactively study and prepare to expand our support to a wider variety of public transit options, covering more employee commuting routes.

This approach ensures that every step of the project enhances our employees' quality of life while building a genuine, lasting culture of environmental care within the organization.
