From 2025 to the present, the Group has systematically developed a social project management mechanism to ensure that every project is transparent, auditable, and generates tangible positive impacts for society.

Project Objectives

  • Standardize the governance and approval systems for social projects across all power plants.
  • Enhance capabilities in evaluating social returns in both monetary and non-monetary terms.
  • Elevate strategic communication and stakeholder engagement skills among frontline personnel.

Key Operations

  • Internal Training on Strategic Communication and Creating Shared Value (CSV)
    • Conducted training sessions for community relations personnel and O&M representatives to build proactive communication and relationship-building skills with surrounding communities.
    • Enhanced technical understanding and accurate knowledge regarding renewable energy to alleviate concerns and build long-term confidence.
    • Focused on upgrading community collaboration into a "Strategic Partnership" primed to create value and achieve sustainable growth alongside the organization.
  • Social Impact Project Standardization
    • Standardized Process: Developed a centralized project approval form to serve as a uniform framework for critical thinking, analysis, and operational planning across all power plants.
    • Social Impact Evaluation Criteria: Established clear evaluation metrics to calculate returns to society, encompassing:
      • Monetary Value: Such as community cost reductions and household income generation.
      • Non-monetary Value: Such as enhanced quality of life, access to education, and environmental impact mitigation.
    • Transparent Monitoring System: Implemented a transparent, auditable tracking system across all stages of project execution, directly supporting the organization’s commitment to achieving Zero Community Grievances.
